These terms explain how orders work when you shop with Pawwish. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

About Pawwish

Pawwish sells pet accessories for cats and dogs through our online store. Products are carefully selected from supplier partners and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, Shopify sends an order confirmation email. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and the order is prepared for fulfilment. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either offer a suitable alternative or refund the affected item.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and dimensions can vary slightly depending on screen settings, supplier batches and manual measurement.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless Shopify displays another currency at checkout. Payment is handled securely through Shopify's checkout and supported payment providers.

Shipping, returns and faults

Shipping, returns, exchanges and faulty-item support are covered in our Delivery & Returns and Policies pages. If anything is unclear, email support@pawwish.com before ordering.

Responsible use

Pet toys and accessories should be used with common sense and supervision where appropriate. Remove products from use if they become damaged, worn or unsafe for your pet.
