Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days from dispatch, tracked from the moment they leave. Remote locations may take a little longer — a realistic estimate is always shown at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on all orders over £45. Tracked delivery is built into the price — no minimum spend theatrics, just free shipping above the threshold.
When will I get tracking?
The moment your order is dispatched. You'll get an email with the courier link so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & exchanges
What if the size or colour isn't right?
You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or swap. Unused, in its original packaging — no awkward questions.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll replace it or refund you — your call.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
About the products
How does Pawwish choose what to sell?
Every product has to clear three tests: it solves a real, recurring problem in pet life, it feels premium in the hand, and it films well in a real home without staging. If it can't pass all three, it doesn't make the shop.
Are the products safe for cats and dogs?
We choose materials and finishes with pets in mind — pet-safe fabrics, non-toxic finishes, sensible sizing. Always supervise pets with new toys and choose the size that fits your pet's measurements.
Can I see more photos before I buy?
Just ask. Email us and we'll send extra photos or a quick measurement video to help you decide.
Orders & support
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us as quickly as you can with your order number and we'll catch it before it goes out.
How quickly does support reply?
Usually within one working day. Always with a real answer, not a script.
