Where we ship. Pawwish currently ships within the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost. Tracked UK shipping options and prices are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days from dispatch. Remote UK locations may take a little longer.

Tracking. You will get an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
